Walk, Walk, Walk

Paul and I are going to walk like crazy today because we heard that it's a good way to get labor started. Crazy is a relative term because I may just end up calling a short stroll around Border's a hike. Speaking of hikes, we're still laughing at the couple on one of the videos shown at our birthing class that bragged that they went on one during early labor. I'd be afraid that active labor would start and that I'd be a mile away from the car and I'd have to hunker down among the leaves and twigs and GIVE BIRTH!!! Ahhh! 

Slow Poke Henry

Henry and I went to our 40 week check-up today. At the risk of being too graphic, progress has been made in terms of dilation (1 cm) and effacement (60 %) but actual labor hasn't started. We followed up that appointment with a non-stress test for Henry to make sure that he's a-ok in there. Henry passed! I am so proud of my little guy!

Henry's Due Date

Henry's due date is April 23rd. Just a few days away! We are all eager to meet him. Is he as excited to see us? He seems to find Mommy's tummy awfully comfy .
